Once the order is confirmed and delivered, it can’t be refunded.

If you think you have ordered the wrong product or, for any given reason, you don’t like your purchase, merchandise can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery, provided it meets the following requirements:

  • All tags and original packaging must be intact
  • Merchandise must not be used
  • The Order ID must be attached

Bearing in mind the intimate nature of our products, standards of hygiene must be maintained. Therefore, certain items will NOT be exchanged. These include: makeup set, a makeup kit, or an item that includes face cosmetics, etc . Kindly ensure your order accordingly. In case of exchange, the customer will dispatch us the product and we will send replacement as soon as we receive the parcel. If there is no product available for exchange, the amount will be refunded.
